SAVANNAH’S PRIZES – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Information on eligibility, how to enter, prizes and details set out in the Schedule form part of these Terms. Participation in any competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Any capitalised terms used in these Terms have the meaning given in the Schedule unless stated otherwise.

1. Eligibility & Entry

  1. Entry is open to residents within the [Competition Area – e.g. United Kingdom] aged 18 years or over (Entrants).
  2. To enter, Entrants must complete the Entry Procedure during the Competition Period. Entries will only be accepted in accordance with the Entry Procedure.
  3. Entrants may enter up to the Maximum Number of Entries per competition.
  4. Entries must be received during the Competition Period. Online entries are deemed received when received by the Promoter, not when submitted.
  5. Automated or bulk entries (including bots or scripts) are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
  6. Entries that are incomplete, unpaid, or submitted after the Deadline will be invalid. Any payments received after the Deadline will be refunded.
  7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and Entrants (including identity, age and residence) and to disqualify any Entrant.
  8. Entrants must not:
    • breach any laws or third-party rights
    • misuse the platform or harass others
    • upload harmful software or interfere with systems
    • attempt data scraping or automation
    • assist others in doing the above

Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

2. Prize Draw

  1. Winners will be selected via a random draw in accordance with the Draw Details (Prize Draw).
  2. Where multiple prizes are available, Entrants may win more than one unless stated otherwise.
  3. Winners will be notified via email, phone, or social media as soon as reasonably practicable.
  4. The draw will be conducted live (e.g. via livestream on [platform – e.g. Facebook/Instagram]) and winner details (surname and county) may be published.
  5. If a winner objects to publication, they must contact the Promoter. However, details may still be shared with regulators if required.
  6. Entrants are responsible for any costs associated with entering or claiming a prize unless stated otherwise.
  7. Competitions are games of chance. All valid entries have an equal chance of winning. The Promoter’s decision is final.
  8. If a winning entry is found to be invalid, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

3. Prizes

  1. Prizes are as described in the Schedule and are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless stated otherwise.
  2. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value or offer a cash alternative.
  3. Cash prizes will be paid via bank transfer, PayPal (fees may apply), or other agreed method.
  4. If the prize involves travel:
  • it must be taken as offered
  • all travellers must travel together
  • availability is subject to third-party providers
  1. If the prize is a motor vehicle:
  • the winner must be legally able to register it
  • any transfer to another individual is the winner’s responsibility
  1. If a prize involves an event and it is cancelled, no alternative or compensation will be provided unless required by law.

4. Claiming Prizes

  1. Prizes must be claimed by the Redemption Date. Proof of identity, age, and eligibility may be required.
  2. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
  3. If unclaimed, a redraw may take place in accordance with applicable laws.
  4. Prizes will be delivered within [insert delivery timeframe].
  5. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable promotional activity (e.g. photos, videos, testimonials).

5. General

Contracts (Rights of Third Parties)

  1. No third party has rights to enforce these Terms.

Legal Compliance

  1. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Liability

  1. Nothing limits liability for:
  • death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • any liability that cannot be excluded by law
  1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savannah’s Prizes LTD is not liable for:
  • indirect or consequential loss
  • loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity
  • loss of data or reputation
  1. The Promoter is not responsible for:
  • misuse of prizes
  • lost, delayed or corrupted entries
  • technical failures beyond its control
  • any tax liabilities incurred by winners

7. Force Majeure

  1. The Promoter is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or technical outages.

8. Online Entries

  1. In case of dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorised holder of the email account used.

9. Intellectual Property

  1. Entrants retain ownership of their entries but grant the Promoter a licence to use them for promotional purposes.
  2. The Promoter may use, display and distribute entries across marketing channels.

10. Legal Protection

  1. Any attempt to interfere with the competition may result in legal action. Entrants agree to indemnify the Promoter for losses resulting from breaches.

11. Social Media

  1. Competitions are not affiliated with or endorsed by any social media platform. Entrants release such platforms from liability.

12. Currency

  1. All references to £ are in GBP (UK pounds sterling).

13. Amendments

  1. These Terms may be updated where required by law or regulation.

14. Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

15. Entire Agreement

  1. These Terms represent the full agreement between the Promoter and Entrants.

16. Representations

  1. All warranties not expressly stated are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
